Wicked MX - Refunds & Returns

All returned or refunded items must be brand new and sealed in manufacture's packaging. There are absolutely no refunds or returns allowed for any items that are assembled, used or fueled for any reason as the item would be considered used. Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days from the date of purchase. We will email you your tracking number as soon as possible so you can track your shipment en route. We use a third party transportation company to delivery your order. Transit time may take, but not limited from 7-14 business days depending on how far you are from our warehouse. During holiday seasons, transit time may be an additional 3-5 business days.

Orders may not be cancelled or refused on the basis of extended transit schedules since we have no control over third party shipping company. Order may be cancelled if we are unable to fulfill and ship your order within 5 business days from your date of purchase. You may also cancel your order if your item has not been shipped. Please note you will be charged a 6% reimburse fee for the third party merchant fees if a credit card is used. All cancelled orders must be submitted by emailing: sales@wickedmx.com. If you choose to cancel your order once it has been shipped or refuse to accept a delivery for a shipment, you agree to pay all shipping costs to and from and a 25% restocking fee, no exceptions. All sales are considered final, no refunds, unless agreed in writing by both parties.

Manufactures defects will only be covered. There are absolutely no refunds for any fueled items or used items regardless of damage or performance, all sales are final! Any unauthorized packages returned without a valid RMA number written on the exterior packaging will be refused and sent back to the customer. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted.

Wicked Pit Bikes makes every effort to ensure that products are completely functional and free of any damage before shipment from our warehouse. We strongly suggest our customers to inspect your new product immediately upon receipt. If the product is damaged during shipping, you must contact our Customer Service Department within 3 days of delivery to obtain a RMA number and we will provide you with free replacements parts within the 30 day warranty period.

All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and original shipping and handling are not refundable. Customers are responsible for returning the merchandise at their own expense. Freight collect and COD packages will not be accepted. Vehicles that are assembled, fueled or used can not be returned. The customer is responsible for any damage or loss occurred during the return shipping. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Wicked Pit Bikes. All returns must be pre-authorized by Wicked Pit Bikes personnel.

Merchandise returned within 7 days of receiving the product and item must be received in 100% new, re-sellable condition. Merchandise is not eligible for refund oe return if it has been ridden, worn, used, abused or damaged in any way. Merchandise must arrive complete (including warranty cards, manuals, accessories, promotional items, etc.) and in the original packaging. We will not accept any items returns based on unsatisfactory legal status. Please check the legal status of scooters in your area, and you may contact your state legislature and local Department of Motor Vehicles.

If you are returning the product, you must read the following terms thoroughly. Only after an inspection of returning product, a refund check will be issued and mailed to you within 2-3 weeks of receipt. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and original shipping and handling are not refundable. Customers are responsible for the returning shipping cost! You must meet all the following terms to qualify for a refund.

(1) The products must be returned in unused and resalable condition in its original packaging.
(2) A copy of your original invoice must be included in a return shipment.
(3) All packaging materials, instruction sheets and/or instruction manuals must be returned.
(4) All manuals and warranty registration cards must be unmarked.
(5) Display the RMA number prominently on the outside of the box to avoid delays to your refund.
