4-5 Days from Order is generally the delivery period. Orders are printed the same day if ordered before 2pm. They need to rest for 24 hours before we can laminate them. Then they are cut and posted ona 48 hour DPD OR DHL Delivery Service.
We cannot accept returns on personalised products unless it arrived to you damaged and is reported on reciept of the item. In this scenerio we will reprint your order and resend at no cost to you.
