Refund and Returns Policy

Shipping

All UK orders are dispatched via next day delivery with Royal Main or DPD. All international orders are dispatched via a Royal mail delivery service. You will receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched. Please check your spam folder.

  1. FREE Express Shipping on UK orders* Shipped within 5-7 working days from Proof Approval.
  2. European Orders are shipped Express Shipping – Royal Mail International Standard £18.95
  3. Worldwide Shipping Shipped within 5-7 working days from Proof Approval Using Royal Mail International Services £29.95
  4. ALL orders are Shipped within 5-7 working days from Proof Approval.

Wicked Mx Graphics is not liable for lost or stolen packages

All orders are shipped via a tracked service. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as it is dispatched and this will provide you with a date and time of delivery. Please ensure someone is available to accept your delivery or request a change in delivery date through your tracking number.

Once your parcel is dispatched the courier and the customer assume all liability. If you can not find your delivery you must contact the courier.

RETURNS

RETURNS ON FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS

We are committed to delivering products in perfect condition, but we acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances can occur during transit. If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. You can reach us via email at ‘[email protected]’ or by phone at ‘01952 309500 ‘
  2. Provide Details: Please provide your order number, a clear description of the issue, and include photographs that clearly show the damage or fault. This will assist us in promptly addressing your concern.
  3. Evaluation: Our team will assess your request and, if the item is deemed faulty or damaged, you will have 14 days to return the item from date of arrival. We will offer one of the following options:
    • Replacement: We will send you a replacement item at no additional cost, including shipping fees.
    • Refund: If a replacement is unavailable or not preferred, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method once we’ve received the return
  4. In Cases where items are damaged or incorrect we will not require them to be returned to us. Photo proof is all we require.

PERSONALISED ITEMS POLICY

Custom items are specially created to meet your unique preferences and specifications. Due to their personalized nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom items unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.

We work closely with our customers to ensure that custom items meet their expectations. Before production begins, we provide detailed proofs and require your approval to proceed. Once approved, the custom item will be created as per your specifications.
